Customers are not entitled to the right of cancellation, due to the company’s activity being the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than intended to serve as housing if the contracts anticipate a specific date or period of execution, as stated in section 1 of Article 103 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, recasted from the General Consumer and User Law and other complementary laws.
